I was born in a country that experienced a terrible and bloody revolution 100 years ago. It led to the people's forced renunciation of religion and faith and led them to genocide by their own rulers. Through the dictatorship of the ideology of equality, the state sought to completely destroy the individuality of man, his character traits and personality. Among all other feelings, fear came first at that time.
Fear is a feeling that, like a warden, creates a prison inside the person himself. Where there is fear, there is no place for love, value and individuality. A fearful person does not need to be forcibly limited in his desires and needs, he will cope with this task perfectly well himself. People who grew up in Soviet times have a saying that "the service for the holiday is for the guests." Behind this saying lies a difficult way of thinking and life, which forms a personality according to the principle of the absence of any value in a person as an individual.
My ancestors lived their lives in fear, but were strong enough to endure it. Fear always creates a lack of love. Any child who grew up in the absence of love and constant devaluation will look for ways to plug the gap caused by this lack in adulthood. But it, like an insatiable monster, always asks for more and more, thus forming addictions, anxiety, pain and depressive states in a person.
One day I got tired of fighting the hungry monster and submitted to the guard living inside me. I decided to take my fate into my own hands. This is how I came to study the ancient healing art of Sat Nam Rasayan. For five years I underwent treatment and training from the best healers from all over the world. During this period, I regularly spent seven hours in practice and meditation, holding my hands up and thus changing myself at the biochemical level.
In parallel with this, for five years I underwent long hours of personal therapy, learned the best techniques and methods of working with the subconscious and the human brain. It helped me completely change my personality, get rid of fears and addictions. I was able to find my own path in life. Being on it, I help other people to come to a healthy and harmonious life.
Over the years of studying Eastern and classical techniques, I have developed my own method of working with a person's personality. My approach is unique in that I can use several methods at once within one therapy, which allows me to cope with the task much faster.
When we look at the wheel of Samsara, we see an outer circle symbolizing the vicious circle of human problems. A person cannot get out of the vicious circle, because he always returns to his own ignorance, caused by the lack of understanding of how the world and he himself are arranged. The mind does not know what is bad for it and what is good, so a person rushes around in a wheel, living the same days, making the same mistakes in them. Only by starting to work on our own consciousness, having studied ourselves and the nature of our creation, can we get out of the circle and begin to live in a new way.
